I purchased this sunshade for my '99 K15 suburban and it fit perfectly. This sunshade does an excellent job of reflecting the heat, so much so that I now make a deliberate effort to park with the windshield facing the sun since the heat shield keeps the interior noticably cooler than the factory tint on the rear windows. I'm very happy with this product and would recommend it for your suburban.

Product Description
Special metalized polyester film-laminated to a thin layer of closed-cell foam, with clear polyester film back. Then sewn around the edge with cloth binding plus Velcro strap for storage.
